Where is my order?

Can I cancel or edit my order?

You can cancel or edit your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting support@havenhype.store After this time, orders are processed and cannot be modified or canceled. If your order has already shipped, you may need to initiate a return once it arrives.

I received a faulty item what do I do?

We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Please email support@havenhype.store with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the faulty item. Our team will work with you to resolve the issue, whether it’s a replacement or a refund.

How long do I have to return?

You can return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging. To initiate a return, email info@havenhype.store with your order number and reason for return. Please note that due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for used items unless they are faulty.
